The following training requirements must be completed to earn the Certification in Craniosacral Therapy Foundational Training.

One-on-One Training

This course is a practical introduction to the biodynamics of craniosacral practice. Craniosacral Therapy is a form of gentle bodywork stemming from cranial osteopathy and osteopathic medicine.Students will learn essential ways to perceive the body’s intrinsic movement dynamics, rhythms, flows, and pulsations. The focus of the work is to assist the client in moving toward a sense of integrated wholeness.

This course builds on the foundational training of the Essentials of Craniosacral course. In this class, you will continue to grow in understanding and practice of this gentle yet powerful bodywork modality. You will learn the locations of the cranial bones and move deeper within this work as you experience working specifically with the rhythms of the cranial bones and sutures.Prerequisite:
Essentials of Craniosacral Therapy.

This course builds on the foundational training of the Essentials of Craniosacral course. In this class, you will continue to grow in understanding and practice this gentle yet powerful bodywork modality. You will learn to perceive the subtle movements and experience working specifically with the rhythms of the facial bones and sutures.Prerequisite:
Essentials of Craniosacral Therapy.

Our daily practice will center around the awareness of increasing the coherence of the heart and the line of stillness within the central channel. We will introduce and practice particular holds for this purpose.The resonance of the self-existing heart radiance will serve as the fulcrum of our contact where the healing forces within ignite all unfolding.The intensive is designed for everyone who wants to offer their best work while personally unfolding and healing.Prerequisite:
Essentials of Craniosacral Therapy, plus
Cranial Bones & Sutures
and/or
Facial Bones & Sutures

Enjoy breakfast on the terrace overlooking the ocean, stroll down the beach for a leisurely walk, or dip into the pool for a cooling swim. Most of all, enjoy a peaceful few days sitting with yourself as you deepen your practice.Prerequisite:
Essentials of Craniosacral Therapy at minimum

During the learning process, you will meet with your teacher five times to practice the new skills, receive feedback, and get your questions answered as you progress in the work at your own pace.While completing the certification process, you will keep a log of 100 practice sessions. At specific intervals, you will schedule a meeting with your teacher after you complete 5, 25, 50, 85, and then 100 sessions.After completing 100 sessions, you will meet with your teacher for the final regularly scheduled mentoring session where you will demonstrate all the skills learned during your training. This session will evaluate your readiness to complete the foundational training and earn your certificate.
